We live in Seattle and wanted a home in Arizona as well. The Toliver Team was a life saver for us. We were with another realtor from a different company, who was a personal friend, and she had open houses 7 weekends in a row without one offer. I discontinued our contract with her and found Tanya Toliver who scheduled an appointmen tto meet with us the next day. She was in our home for 2 hours, looking at everything inside and out and told us what she could do for us. We hired her and she had an open house the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Other realtors would not do one that close to Thanksgiving. Tanya had scheduled other realtors to bring their prospective buyers at a specific time. There were people coming as soon as the time for the open house and for 3-4 hours a steady stream of interested prospective buyers. We had 4 offers, one over the asking price and sold the house that day. Tanya is the most professional business person I have worked with in a long time. She knows her business and how to get it done. If you want to sell your property, you need to hire her and her team. She will be selling a second house for us in the very near future and I know we will have the same results.
